PROCESSING INFORMATION

Our current processing time is 1-7 days. we get out orders as fast as possible, but this time frame allows for any unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been passed to Australia post you will receive a conformation email with tracking information. 

CUSTOMS 

You as the buyer are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. we are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your order has not been shipped yet we can update the information. Once the order has been shipped, however, it is out of our hands. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us and we will be happy to issue a refund or reship it to you provided that you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost. 

If your shipping address does not exist when we attempt to send it to you, we will reach out to you for updated information. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
