Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns simply for change of mind. Upon receiving your order please immediately ensure that no items are damaged, defective or incorrect, so that we can work towards rectifying any issues that may have occurred. 

if you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been shipped. Refunds will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process the refund as well.
